Questions about ordering and products

What colors can be printed?

We can print in CMYK, white and with clear varnish. Thanks to four-color printing, we can display a wide variety of color tones. We have preconfigured some colors for you in the designer. If you want a different color, please enter it as a Pantone or HKS shade.

What is the standard delivery time?

We usually print and ship within one to three working days after confirmation or payment. Shipping is by DHL parcel service.

Do you also supply only one pen?

Yes, you can also order just one pen. We print digitally and therefore have low setup costs

Do you also have other pens?

If you have not found the pen you are looking for, simply contact us.

Which countries do you ship to?

We do deliver to all EU countries Norway and Switzerland.

Questions about the designer and file defaults

Can I also choose other colors than those specified in the designer?

Yes, name them in Pantone or HKS or state the color value in CMYK. However, this color is not displayed in the preview. Please write it in the color reference box.

Which file formats does the designer support?

PNG and SVG file formats are supported. For best quality, use an SVG.

What resolution should the file have?

Please create the file in 300 dpi. The maximum file size is 2 MB.

Will my templates be saved?

The templates are only saved for registered customers.
