The Sprout® "Sunflower" pencil combines writing with the pleasure of watching something grow. At the end of the pencil is a built-in seed pod containing sunflower seeds.
Once the pencil has been used up, simply plant it with the pod facing downwards in damp soil – the first seedlings will appear after just 7 to 14 days. The pencil is made from FSC-certified natural wood; it is round, sharpened and fitted with an HB lead. A fine, transparent protective varnish protects the wood from dirt.
